A large managed care consortium has been a trusted health care provider for millions of people across the U.S. for more than 60 years.  With a focus on providing the best care possible and a tradition of community involvement, the company aims to promote health and wellness for all.  With technology and digital engagement critical components of reaching customers, the organization puts a strong emphasis on innovative digital health tools, such its online care platform.

Challenge

The health care provider manages multiple websites that enable its members to manage their accounts, search for a service provider, pay premiums and access health information.  The company was searching for a new content management system able to handle the volume of content and integrate with the insurer’s other existing digital platforms.

Solution

ProKarma partnered with the health services provider to guide its implementation of Adobe Experience Manager and enable the not-for-profit to deliver high quality content across its digital platforms.  ProKarma also provided leadership and training to implement DevOps methodology and test automation on its website content projects.  As a result, the health care company’s marketing and IT teams were able to streamline the content delivery process, allowing them to uncover errors faster and continually deliver higher quality marketing projects more quickly.

ProKarma also enabled the organization to gain additional insight into marketing programs and customer journeys through its implementation of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.  The health care company is now able to use customer data to automate website personalization and create more engaging experiences for its members.
