It is committed to providing personalized care through each patient’s individual health journey.

Challenge

The organization wanted to extend that commitment to personalization to its mobile app and revolutionize communication between its staff and its patients. It needed a mobile application able to serve as a single point of entry for patient interactions: an interface with physicians, pharmacy, medical records, appointment-setting and more. The organization turned to ProKarma to build a native mobile application for iOS and Android that was patient-focused, intuitive and personalized.

Solution

ProKarma was engaged to create the foundation for an intensely personalized mobile care experience.  A dynamic dashboard offers personalized content based on the profile and location of the user in addition to shortcuts to the app’s most commonly used features. The app allows patients to schedule and review appointments with local physicians and specialists and review appointment history. The result is a mobile experience that furthers the organization’s commitment to providing personalized care.
