Vijay Ijju
Co-Founder and Co-President
Vijay has nearly 30 years of experience in executive leadership and enterprise consulting providing thought leadership and customer-centric innovations to help solve business problems for clients.

As co-president, he is responsible for revenue growth in both new and existing customers and provides oversight for sales, marketing, industry verticals, digital service lines, delivery, and emerging research and innovation. Previously, Vijay held several technology-focused roles in building complex enterprise-scale products.
Vivek Kumar
Co-Founder and Co-President
Vivek has nearly 30 years of executive management and IT industry experience. He provides leadership in building a client service focused organization. 

As co-president, Vivek is responsible for leading PK's international operations, global human resources and talent acquisitions. He is also responsible for corporate profitability and establishing strategies and procedures consistent with the values and integrity of the organization.
Steve Simion
Chief Sales Officer
Steve Simion has more than 30 years of experience in sales management and extensive executive leadership expertise in digital transformation, new market penetration, solution development, P&L responsibility and more.

As chief sales officer at PK, Steve is responsible for leading the company’s sales organization including driving sales strategy, growth initiatives, and building strategic customer relationships. Prior to joining PK, he held a variety of executive positions, including senior vice president of sales and marketing in North America at Avanade and vice president of sales at CSC.
Kris Klein
Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Partner for Lenati
Kris Klein has more than 25 years of experience in both executive leadership and consulting roles with leading consumer and technology brands, including Apple, Microsoft, Starbucks, Google, Nike, Nordstrom, Adobe, Hitachi, and Salesforce.com. His areas of expertise are strategic planning, loyalty and retention models, and customer experience design. Kris works directly with boards and senior executives to accomplish the highest imperatives for companies, spanning innovation to margin improvement, and his work is often cited as the leading contributor to significantly improved profit contribution.

As chief marketing officer, Kris is responsible for go-to-market strategy, positioning and brand for corporate and across service lines and vertical offerings.
Manish Mehta
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Manish has been in the IT industry for nearly 30 years. He successfully built and managed several business units for a large private IT consulting firm. He has extensive experience in setting up operations, managing P&L and executing M&A strategy.

Manish is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the business, developing HR policies, maintaining government and legal compliance and ensuring an on-going corporate focus on financial goals and objectives.
Craig Stack
Chief Financial Officer
Craig brings over 35 years of financial and management experience to ProKarma. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at Grant Thornton where he specialized in technology consulting and auditing. After thirteen years, Craig then purchased a wholesale distribution business and was President and CEO for nine years. After growing the operation four-fold, he sold the business in 1999. He then moved back into the professional services arena building a management accounting firm.

Craig leads the company’s global finance organization with responsibility for accounting, financial planning, and analysis, corporate tax, treasury and M&A.

Bonnie Page
Chief Legal Officer
Bonnie is a business-focused legal executive with a record of building and leading efficient, customer service oriented legal teams. She has over 10 years’ experience advising equity backed technology companies through various stages of growth. As Chief Legal Officer, Bonnie manages PK's global legal affairs. Her responsibilities include corporate governance, commercial transactions, litigation, intellectual property, privacy, and compliance matters.

Previously, Bonnie was SVP, General Counsel & Business Development for Smarsh Inc., a compliance tool for heavily regulated industries. Prior to Smarsh, Bonnie held senior legal positions at Webtrends, Inc., an analytics and web optimization SaaS provider and INXPO, an enterprise communication platform and marketing strategy firm. She serves as a ​director on the board of the Technology Association of Oregon and as Treasurer to the Oregon Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel​. She received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law​ and an M.B.A. from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
Jeff Miller
Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor
Jeff has held senior positions in IT marketing and sales for over 30 years and has a vast experience in managing, mentoring and building sales and marketing teams. He has an extensive background in generating new business, securing customer loyalty and forging strong relationships with business partners.

As a strategic advisor, Jeff is responsible for key customer initiatives, special projects and leading the customer advisory board for PK.
Thomas Monahan
Executive Chairman of the Board
Tom spent more than two decades as a leader, CEO and Chairman of CEB (NYSE: CEB), culminating in CEB's acquisition by Gartner (NYSE: IT). As part of CEB's leadership, Tom helped redefine how the world's leading companies make their most important decisions. By tapping the collective experience of and analyzing performance data from more than 10,000 companies, CEB created authoritative insights, technology tools, and management resources to help companies manage talent, innovation, and risk.

Before joining CEB, Tom worked with Deloitte, the Committee for Economic Development, and Accenture. He holds an undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Harvard University and received his MBA with distinction from New York University.
Manish Mehta
Vice Chairman of the Board, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, PK
Manish has been in the IT industry for over 25 years. He successfully built and managed several business units for a large private IT consulting firm. He has extensive experience in setting up operations, managing P&L and executing M&A strategy.

Michael Clifton
Principal, The Carlyle Group
Michael is a Principal in Carlyle’s Global Technology, Media and Telecommunications group. In addition to Veritas, Michael has been actively involved with the firm's investments in ProKarma, CommScope (NASDAQ:COMM), SS&C Technologies (NASDAQ:SSNC), and Freescale Semiconductor (acquired by NXP Semiconductors).

Michael received an MBA with high distinction from the Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and an A.B., cum laude, from Davidson College.
Cam Dyer
Managing Director, The Carlyle Group
Cam is a Managing Director in Carlyle’s Global Technology, Media and Telecommunications ("TMT") group. In addition to Veritas, Cam has been actively involved with the firm's investments in CommScope, Inc. (NASDAQ:COMM), Firth Rixson, Ltd. (acquired by Oak Hill), Open Link Financial, Inc. (acquired by H&F), Open Solutions, Inc. (acquired by Fiserv), SS&C Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:SSNC), Sippican, Inc. (acquired by Lockheed Martin) and most recently Dealogic Holdings since joining Carlyle in 2002. Cam is also currently a member of the Boards of Directors of CommScope, Inc. and Dealogic Holdings.

Cam received a B.S., magna cum laude, from Washington and Lee University and earned an MBA with high distinction from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.
Julius Genachowski
Managing Director, The Carlyle Group
Julius is a Managing Director in the U.S. Buyout team for The Carlyle Group, and a long-time leader in technology, media and telecommunications. Julius served as Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission from 2009 to 2013 and, under his leadership, the FCC took major actions to extend broadband access, accelerate the rollout of advanced mobile networks, and free up spectrum for wireless communications.

Prior to his appointment to the FCC, he worked for more than a decade in the private sector, helping build IAC/InterActiveCorp, which owned and operated multiple Internet and media businesses, including Expedia, Ticketmaster and USA Network. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia College, a part of Columbia University, and a law degree from Harvard Law School, where he served on the Harvard Law Review.
Mike Haas
Managing Director, The Carlyle Group
Mike is a Managing Director focused on information technology and business process due diligence and transitions across all business sectors.  Prior to joining Carlyle, Mike was Global CIO Medical Device and Diagnostics at Johnson & Johnson.  While at Johnson & Johnson, he also held several other positions including Global CIO Consumer and leading Global IT shared services.

Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Mike held several positions of increasing responsibility at General Electric. He received his B.S. from the State University of New York at Albany.

Filippo Passerini
Operating Executive, The Carlyle Group
Filippo is an Operating Executive focused on U.S. buyout opportunities. Previously, Filippo was Group President Global Business Services at Procter & Gamble and Chief Information Officer. He joined Procter & Gamble in 1981, and for more than three decades helped to build businesses in developed and developing markets.

He has lived and worked in the U.K., Latin America, Greece, Italy, Turkey and the U.S. He is a Director of the Boards of Directors of United Rentals. He received a doctorate in statistics and operations research from the University of Rome.
Reggie Van Lee
Retired Executive Vice President, Booz Allen Hamilton
Reggie is a philanthropist, an arts advocate, and retired Executive Vice President of the global management and technology consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton. He was appointed by President Obama to the Board of Trustees of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and was formerly appointed by President Obama to the President’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities. He is the co-author of the book, “Mega communities – How Leaders of Government, Business and Non-Profits Can Tackle Today’s Global Challenges Together.” Reggie received a B.S. and M.S. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
