Co-Founder and President
Vivek has more than 25 years of IT industry experience. He has provided leadership in building a customer service focused organization. 

Vivek is responsible for leading the growth of the organization through revenue improvement with existing customers, increased market penetration, and development of new services and markets. He is also responsible for corporate profitability and establishing policies, procedures and strategies consistent with the values and integrity of the organization.
Steve Simion
Chief Sales and Marketing Officer
Steve Simion has more than 25 years of experience in sales management and extensive executive leadership expertise in digital transformation, new market penetration, solution development, P&L responsibility and more.

As chief sales and marketing officer at ProKarma, Steve is responsible for leading the company’s sales organization including driving sales strategy, growth initiatives, and building strategic customer relationships. Prior to joining ProKarma, he held a variety of executive positions, including senior vice president of sales and marketing in North America at Avanade and vice president of sales at CSC.
Vijay Ijju
Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Vijay brings 25 years of IT experience to the company. He has vast experience in enterprise level technology trends and strategy and is a resourceful big picture thinker who champions business objectives through outstanding technical direction, business acumen and value driven transformation initiatives.

Vijay is responsible for providing technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of products and services for external and internal clients. He is also responsible for managing large customer relationships and providing direction to the delivery organization.
Manish Mehta
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Manish has been in the IT industry for over 25 years. He successfully built and managed several business units for a large private IT consulting firm. He has extensive experience in setting up operations, managing P&L and executing M&A strategy,

Manish is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the business, developing HR policies, maintaining government and legal compliance and ensuring an on-going corporate focus on financial goals and objectives.
Craig Stack
Chief Financial Officer
Craig brings over 35 years of financial and management experience to ProKarma. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at Grant Thornton where he specialized in technology consulting and auditing. After thirteen years, Craig then purchased a wholesale distribution business and was President and CEO for nine years. After growing the operation four-fold, he sold the business in 1999. He then moved back into the professional services arena building a management accounting firm.

Craig leads the company’s global finance organization with responsibility for accounting, financial planning and analysis, corporate tax, treasury and M&A.

Bonnie Page
Chief Legal Officer
Bonnie is a business-focused legal executive with a record of building and leading efficient, customer service oriented legal teams. She has over 10 years’ experience advising equity backed technology companies through various stages of growth. As Chief Legal Officer, Bonnie manages ProKarma’s global legal affairs. Her responsibilities include corporate governance, commercial transactions, litigation, intellectual property, privacy, and compliance matters.

Previously, Bonnie was SVP, General Counsel & Business Development for Smarsh Inc., a compliance tool for heavily regulated industries. Prior to Smarsh, Bonnie held senior legal positions at Webtrends, Inc., an analytics and web optimization SaaS provider and INXPO, an enterprise communication platform and marketing strategy firm. She serves as a ​director on the board of the Technology Association of Oregon and as Treasurer to the Oregon Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel​. She received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law​ and an M.B.A. from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
Jeff Miller
Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor
Jeff has held senior positions in IT marketing and sales for over 30 years and has a vast experience in managing, mentoring and building sales and marketing teams. He has an extensive background in generating new business, securing customer loyalty and forging strong relationships with business partners.

As a strategic advisor, Jeff is responsible for key customer initiatives, special projects and leading the customer advisory board for ProKarma.
Michael Clifton
Principal, The Carlyle Group
Michael is a Principal in Carlyle’s Global Technology, Media and Telecommunications group. In addition to Veritas, Michael has been actively involved with the firm's investments in ProKarma, CommScope (NASDAQ:COMM), SS&C Technologies (NASDAQ:SSNC), and Freescale Semiconductor (acquired by NXP Semiconductors). Michael received an MBA with high distinction from the Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and an A.B., cum laude, from Davidson College.
Gordon Coburn
Operating Executive, The Carlyle Group
Gordon is an Operating Executive focused on the global technology, media and telecommunications sectors at The Carlyle Group. Previously, Gordon was an executive with Cognizant Technology Solutions for 20 years, during which time he served as CFO, COO and President. He helped lead Cognizant’s evolution from a nascent IT outsourcing firm to a world-leading consulting and technology organization. During his tenure, Cognizant successfully navigated the dot.com bubble, the financial crisis, increased competition, changing regulatory environments, and multiple technology waves.

Gordon earned a BA in History from Wesleyan University, where he serves on the President’s Advisory Council, and an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College, where he serves on the MBA Advisory Board.
Cam Dyer
Managing Director, The Carlyle Group
Cam is a Managing Director in Carlyle’s Global Technology, Media and Telecommunications ("TMT") group. In addition to Veritas, Cam has been actively involved with the firm's investments in CommScope, Inc. (NASDAQ:COMM), Firth Rixson, Ltd. (acquired by Oak Hill), Open Link Financial, Inc. (acquired by H&F), Open Solutions, Inc. (acquired by Fiserv), SS&C Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:SSNC), Sippican, Inc. (acquired by Lockheed Martin) and most recently Dealogic Holdings since joining Carlyle in 2002. Cam is also currently a member of the Boards of Directors of CommScope, Inc. and Dealogic Holdings.

Cam received a B.S., magna cum laude, from Washington and Lee University and earned an MBA with high distinction from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.
Julius Genachowski
Managing Director, The Carlyle Group
Julius is a Managing Director in the U.S. Buyout team for The Carlyle Group, and a long-time leader in technology, media and telecommunications. Julius served as Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission from 2009 to 2013 and, under his leadership, the FCC took major actions to extend broadband access, accelerate the rollout of advanced mobile networks, and free up spectrum for wireless communications.

Prior to his appointment to the FCC, he worked for more than a decade in the private sector, helping build IAC/InterActiveCorp, which owned and operated multiple Internet and media businesses, including Expedia, Ticketmaster and USA Network. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia College, a part of Columbia University, and a law degree from Harvard Law School, where he served on the Harvard Law Review.
Mike Haas
Managing Director, The Carlyle Group
Mike is a Managing Director focused on information technology and business process due diligence and transitions across all business sectors.  Prior to joining Carlyle, Mike was Global CIO Medical Device and Diagnostics at Johnson & Johnson.  While at Johnson & Johnson, he also held several other positions including Global CIO Consumer and leading Global IT shared services. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Mike held several positions of increasing responsibility at General Electric. He received his B.S. from the State University of New York at Albany.

Mike Palmer
Chief Product Officer, Veritas
Mike is Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Veritas. As CPO, Mike is responsible for driving Veritas' $2.5 billion products organization, which includes the Veritas Information Availability, Information Management, Backup and Recovery and Appliances portfolios. He has extensive leadership experience across diverse roles and technology areas, with companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 20.

Mike joined Veritas from Seagate Technologies, where his responsibilities as Senior Vice President and General Manager (GM) of the Cloud Services business unit included engineering, product management, sales and marketing, service and operations and profit and loss management. He holds a bachelor's degree in Developmental Biology from the University of Rochester in New York. He is fluent in Spanish and Swedish and has extensive experience working abroad.
Filippo Passerini
Operating Executive, The Carlyle Group
Filippo is an Operating Executive focused on U.S. buyout opportunities. Previously, Filippo was Group President Global Business Services at Procter & Gamble and Chief Information Officer. He joined Procter & Gamble in 1981, and for more than three decades helped to build businesses in developed and developing markets.

He has lived and worked in the U.K., Latin America, Greece, Italy, Turkey and the U.S. He is a Director of the Boards of Directors of United Rentals. He received a doctorate in statistics and operations research from the University of Rome.
Reggie Van Lee
Retired Executive Vice President, Booz Allen Hamilton
Reggie is a philanthropist, an arts advocate, and retired Executive Vice President of the global management and technology consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton. He was appointed by President Obama to the Board of Trustees of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and was formerly appointed by President Obama to the President’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities. He is the co-author of the book, “Mega communities – How Leaders of Government, Business and Non-Profits Can Tackle Today’s Global Challenges Together.” Reggie received a B.S. and M.S. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
