Visionary business leader brings decades of experience driving enterprise growth; will guide transformation strategy as company scales
(May 10, 2019) – ProKarma, a global digital services company that delivers design-engineered strategy, technology and operations solutions, today announced that Tom Monahan has joined its board of directors as executive chairman.
As longtime chairman and CEO of CEB, Inc., which was acquired by Gartner in 2017, Monahan spent more than two decades redefining how the world’s leading companies make critical business decisions. A particular focus of his tenure included the development of scaled solutions built on groundbreaking insights into sales and services processes drawn from work like CEB’s “Challenger Sale” and “Effortless Experience”. “Tom’s unparalleled expertise into building highly valuable enterprise companies will be a strategic asset to us as we target ongoing growth and preserve our unique culture,” Manish Mehta, COO and co-founder of ProKarma, said. “His first-hand experience implementing approaches that enable innovation at scale will help strengthen and drive our transformation initiatives and growth.”
“Tom has the talent and experience to help ProKarma deliver impactful solutions and achieve its growth goals,” said Julius Genachowski, managing director at The Carlyle Group and ProKarma board member. “We are excited that he will be a part of ProKarma’s future, working alongside its founders and the company’s great management team.”
